Remember that
“ Hello Ednovi, my name is Paola. My dad is an amateur magician and is his fan, he watches him every weekend on the Tempranito program” - I am reading this text in a message on Facebook. - “He is in the hospital and I would like to ask him the favor of calling him, I know that will make him very happy.”
“Interesting”, - I thought. I closed the page and said to myself: “I'll call you soon.”
The hours passed, I didn't score, and I looked for excuses not to: “I'll mark later.”
I kept looking for excuses, but, in the end, I said to myself: “Now, I have to do it NOW” and I dialed... Gustavo was very surprised and happy, we talked about magic comfortably for almost an hour, and I went to sleep just as happy.
The next day, I reported to Paola: “Mission accomplished, dear Paola, yesterday I had a very pleasant talk with your dad, he seemed like a great person to me. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to meet you.”
Before leaving the office, I decided to open Messenger and saw that another message from Paola had arrived: “Thank you very much, Ednovi! Yes, my dad told me, he was happy to receive your call. By the way, he passed away last night.”
